We negotiate hourly labor rates and/or fixed prices for certain types of services such as pool care, fertilization and spraying, and snow plowing. Because of the large number of properties we manage, our clients enjoy discounts on labor costs for the majority of standard repairs and maintenance.

We develop and market through both conventional and non-conventional media sources at the highest possible return for each dollar invested.
